Please provide following details to create your transaction:

  1. Sender Name
  2. Amount to Send
  3. Beneficiary Name (Enter complete beneficiary details if this is a new beneficiary)
  4. Mode of Payment in Pakistan (Cash Pickup or Bank Transfer)

Existing Able Express Intl Customers

If you are an existing Able Express International customer, please share your Able Express International Customer ID which you can find on receipt of last transaction you made through any authorized agent of Able Express International. This Client ID will help us pull your Customer profile and beneficiary detail for future use.

New Customers

We will need following details to setup your new account in Able Express International (AEI) database.

Sender Information

Following details are required to setup a new Sender Account:

  1. Name (First, Last and Middle if any)
  2. Complete Address in Canada
  3. Telephone No.
  4. Email Address (optional)
  5. Occupation (Provide clear detail of Job or Business is required)
Sender ID Verification

A copy of at least one of the following valid Identification documents is needed as per Government requirements to verify sender:

  1. Driving License with Issue Date and Expiry Date
  2. Passport with Issue Date and Expiry Date
  3. Canadian Citizen Card
  4. Permanent Residence Card with Issue Date and Expiry Date
  5. Valid foreign Passport with Issue Date and Expiry Date
Beneficiary Information

Following information is required to setup Beneficiary Account:

  1. Name (First, Last and Middle if any)
  2. Address
  3. Cell-Phone No.
  4. In case of Bank Transfer provide Name of Bank, Branch Address and Account No.
  5. In some cases we may need date of birth and NIC number of the beneficiary so we will appreciate if this information is provided at the time of account setup.

How to receive money in Pakistan

Receive Money

Receiving money in Pakistan is very simple. Your beneficiary will need to take his/her Photo-ID card along with the PIN number you are provided for your transaction.

In case of any issue at the time of receiving, we have provided our customer care number in Pakistan who are fully capable of investigating and resolving the issue without beneficiary needing to contact back to Sender.

What is the last time a transaction can be made to receive payment in Pakistan next morning?

Answer: Transactions made before 10:00 pm EST are eligible to be received in Pakistan next (business day) morning.

What if I have not made payment for my transaction?

Answer: If the payment has not been received before 10 pm EST then the transaction will be put on hold for next business day until payment is cleared. Customer cannot challenge Al Meezan and AEI for unpaid transactions.

What should my beneficiary do if bank in Pakistan is not releasing the payment?

Answer: Below are the possible reasons for delay in release of payment at the branch:

  1. Incorrect Pin Number: Check the top right corner of receipt for the 13 digit pin number starting with 305).
  2. Beneficiary not able to identify themselves: Sometime compliance department needs additional information of the beneficiary such as NIC Number, Date and Place of birth.

Please provide our customer care service number in Pakistan to you beneficiary and request them to contact customer care service to resolve the issue.

Answer: Yes, please provide the account details to transfer payment directly into beneficiary bank account.

What will happen if beneficiary account number is incorrect?

Answer: Please contact us as soon as possible to make a correction in the beneficiary profile. Your payment will be put on hold until the account information is corrected.
